This policy explains what information SixFiftyThree Consulting LLC ("SixFiftyThree," "we," "us") collects through sixfiftythree.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Contact information you provide. If you call, email, or book a consultation, we collect what you share, typically your name, phone number, email address, company name, and any project details you include.
- Scheduling information. Our booking calendar is provided through Google Calendar. When you book a time, Google collects the information needed to schedule the meeting, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- Basic site usage data. Standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited is collected through normal web server logs and through Google Analytics.
- Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads lead people to contact us. This records that a phone or email link was clicked. It does not record the content of your call or message.
We do not sell your information, and we do not run third party ad networks on this site.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To deliver consulting services once an engagement begins
- To measure how well our advertising and website are working
- To maintain records required for our business and tax obligations
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in these cases:
- With service providers that help us operate, such as Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement, and our website and email hosting providers, solely to perform their function
- If required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the company, in which case client information would remain protected under an equivalent policy
Your client data
When we perform consulting work, we often handle business data belonging to our clients. That data is governed by the confidentiality terms of the engagement agreement, not by this website policy. We do not use client data to train third party AI models, and we do not share it outside the engagement without written permission.
Data retention
We keep client and prospect information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements, and maintain accurate business records. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@sixfiftythree.net. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect the information we collect. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are directed at business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
