This site describes our data, analytics, and automation consulting services. It is provided for general information. Nothing on this site creates a consulting relationship, and nothing here is a binding offer to perform work.

Consulting engagements
Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, confidentiality, and data handling are defined there, not here.
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by SixFiftyThree Consulting LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or branding commercially without written permission. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is defined in the engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with the site's operation, or to scrape or harvest data from the site by automated means without permission.
Third party links and services
The site links to third party services, such as our scheduling calendar and LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SixFiftyThree Consulting LLC and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
